The December Challenge is tuck ups! Lay flat with arms straight and overhead and legs straight and squeezed together. Then, sit up and tuck into a ball balancing on your butt with your feet off the ground. Maintain tension in your body no matter what position you are in (legs squeezed together, butt tight, abs engaged).
Perform 5x the date!
