Our February challenge is strict push ups!
Perform 4x the date.



The best modification, if you can’t do a strict push up yet, is to find a raised surface for your hands. This way you can still hold your body in a straight, tight line as you go through the full range of motion of the push up. Note: If you can do a strict push up but you find your belly touching the ground, reteach yourself to do them with no arch in your back.
Core is king. Learn how to engage it on simple body weight movements, like push ups, and it will help you in everything else you do. Don’t rush these! Squeeeeze your legs and booty, tighten your abs and imagine your body is a board. *Pretending Bailey is there yelling at you to squeeze more. It helps*
